Return Policy

Every piece we make is built to be worn hard and worn often, from the gym to the street. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Here's how returns work.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Return conditions

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them:

  • Unworn, unwashed and undried, and not trained in
  • All original tags attached, in the original packaging
  • Free of stains, detergent residue, strong odors, pet or human hair, and lint
  • Proof of purchase (your order number works)

Items that don't meet these conditions may be declined and shipped back to you.

How to start a return

Email us at admin@armorofgodusa.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Please wait for our confirmation before you ship. Returns sent without an approved request can't be accepted.

Once approved, send your return to:

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

We'll let you know once your return arrives and has been inspected. If it's approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post it. If it's been more than 10 business days since your return was approved, please email us.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us within 14 days of delivery. If the item meets our return conditions, we'll process the exchange based on stock availability. If the size you need is out of stock, we'll refund you to your original payment method, minus original shipping.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email admin@armorofgodusa.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send you a prepaid return label, and you can choose a full refund or a replacement. When the error is ours, we cover the cost.

Lost packages

For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

International orders

At this time, we don't offer returns or exchanges on international orders, except where local law requires otherwise. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are always covered as described above.

Wrong address and unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to us because the shipping address was incomplete or incorrect, or because it went unclaimed, we'll reach out to confirm your address. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
