Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account and allows you to accumulate reward points!

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to us at admin@armorofgodusa.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible!

How do I cancel my order or modify my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via admin@armorofgodusa.com, we may be able to cancel or modify your order before it’s processed. 

When will my order arrive?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:


● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at admin@armorofgodusa.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?

Our products are made to order and because of that, we do not offer returns and exchanges. If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know right away by contacting us at admin@armorofgodusa.com. With this in mind, please make sure all required information is complete and accurate!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at admin@armorofgodusa.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at admin@armorofgodusa.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Where is everything manufactured?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Google Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Google Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at admin@armorofgodusa.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.
