Why has my order been canceled?
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible!
How do I cancel my order or modify my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via email@example.com, we may be able to cancel or modify your order before it’s processed.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed between 1-3 days, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 2–7 business days
- CANADA: 7-24 business days
Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order was placed during that time, we will ship out your order the next business day!
Can I track my order?
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
Returned by Customer - It is best to contact Armor of God USA before returning any products. We have a 30-day return/exchange policy for items in new condition with tags and original packaging. Please make sure products are unworn, unwashed and without stains and odors. Contact us atto start a return. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a report!
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
If you haven't registered an account on armorofgodusa.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund)
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Please send it back to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know if its a return or an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance.
