Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns:
  • All items being returned/refunded must meet the following conditions or they may be subject to denial and will be shipped back. 

    • Our policy lasts 14 days after fulfillment, if over 14 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return/exchange. 
    • All returns and return labels are at the customer's expense. 
    • Items must be unwashed, undried, and not trained in. 
    • Items must not have excessive wrinkling.
    • Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint
    • Items returned with detergent stains or strong odors will not be accepted.
    • All original tags must be attached
    Additional Information
    • Once we receive your return and check the product, a refund will be disbursed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
    • Please Note: the original shipping costs are not refunded

      Exchange Requests: 
      • If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability

      • If stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs. 

      International Returns and Exchanges:

      • At this time we do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.


      Defective Items:

      • If the item is defective, please send us an email at admin@armorofgodusa.com with pictures describing the issue. We will send you a return label via email to return the item(s) to us and you will have the following options:
      • A Full Refund
      • An item replacement

      Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

      If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a report as soon as possible!

      Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

      Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

      If you haven't registered an account on armorofgodusa.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
